    [Program and Session] Do you have the Poster Display and Exhibition?

    A

     

    Yes, when you enter the online congress platform, you can also access to e-Poster and e-booth.

    [Program and Session] Can I ask questions during the sessions?

    A

    Yes, you can.

    -       For Oral Presentations

    There will be live Q&A sessions in oral presentations. You can ask your questions at our Q&A live chat, and the chairperson will review it.

    -       For Lectures

    You can leave your questions at our online platform while watching lecture video. Please note that all lecture sessions will be pre-recorded presentations, speakers cannot instantly reply to your question. We will send questions to speakers after the congress, and we will send you speaker’s answers by e-mail.

    [Program and Session] Can I watch lecture video after the congress?

    A

    Yes, we will re-open lecture videos from 3 May to 16 May for two weeks. However, e-Poster and Oral presentation video will not be available after the congress.

    [Program and Session] What kind of sessions do you have?

    A

    Every lecture will be provided as “Video-on-demand (VOD)” service each day. You can access lectures during the operation hours (08:30-22:00, Korea Standard Time). However, opening ceremony and keynote lectures will open only specific time and you cannot watch other sessions during the opening ceremony and keynote lectures.

     

    30 April (Friday) Session Schedule (Korea Standard Time)

    l  Opening Ceremony (09:00~09:10)

    l  Keynote I (09:10~09:50)

    l  Keynote II (09:50-10:30)

    l  After the opening ceremony and Keynote lectures, other sessions of 30th April will be available from 10:30-22:00 (Korea Standard Time), 30th April.

    l  Please note that no other sessions will be available during the opening ceremony and Keynote lectures.

    l  E-Poster & E-booth: 08:30~22:00

    l  Oral Presentation with Live Q&A: 11:00~12:30 / 13:30~15:00 / 15:30~17:00

    (It is available only the above schedule to watch the Oral Presentation with Live Q&A. We will not provide VOD service after the Oral Presentation)

    1 May (Saturday) Session Schedule

    l  Keynote III (09:00~09:40)

    l  Keynote Ⅳ (09:40~10:20)

    l  After the Keynote lectures, other sessions of 1st May will be available from 10:20-22:00 (Korea Standard Time), 1st May.

    l  E-Poster & E-booth: 08:30~22:00

    l  Oral Presentation with Live Q&A: 11:00~12:30 / 14:00-15:30 / 15:30~17:00

    (It is available only the above schedule to watch the Oral Presentation with Live Q&A. We will not provide VOD service after the Oral Presentation)

    Sessions will take place in Korean Standard Time. (KST)

    [Access] Can I record the lecture and share it with my friends?

    No, recording lectures is illegal. It is strongly prohibited for legal reasons such as copyright and portrait rights.

    [Access] What technology do I need to attend the KSCCMACCC 2021 online conference?

    A

     

    You will need a computer and internet to experience KSCCMžACCC 2021 online conference without extra software. We highly recommend using Google Chrome. Online conference platform is optimized for 'Chrome'.

    [Access] How can I access to Online Conference of KSCCMACCC 2021?

    A

     

    1) Visit the KSCCMžACCC 2021 website (http://www.accc.or.kr/) and click on the “Join Online Conference” which will be open on 30 April 2021.

     

    2) Log-in

     

    We provide the access rights to online conference for all registrants who completed registration process with full payment (If you are eligible for free registration, you may access with below ID and Password.)

     

    - ID (e-mail): Same ID from the KSCCMžACCC 2021 website

     

    - PW: Last 4 digits of your phone number used for sign-up of KSCCMžACCC 2021 website

     

    You will receive your Log-in information for online conference by e-mail no later than 28 April.

    [Registration] How can I get the certification of attendance?

    A

     

    The Certificate of Attendance can be downloaded one week after the congress at ‘My Page' of the website. (http://www.accc.or.kr)
